Is DC’s Economy Rebounding? It Depends on Whom You Ask

The June column finds that not all DC residents are benefiting from the city’s economic recovery.   DC’s overall unemployment rate has fallen, but the gains have been uneven.  Unemployment among residents with a high school diploma remains stuck at a record level, while unemployment among higher-educated residents has fallen to pre-recession levels.
